What if there is a problem with my order? Please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue! We value our customers and want to ensure an amazing customer experience! If something goes wrong, we want to know about it!

What if I receive a damaged product? We are very proud of the quality and integrity of our doors, that is why we go through great lengths to ensure their safety upon arrival! If you receive a damaged door, please contact us within 5 days to notify us any shipping damage.

Orders cancelled prior to Docu-sign will incur a 30% cancellation fee  Orders cannot be cancelled after Docu-Sign.
